We are committed to finding a safe place for farmed animals in need. Please know we receive an overwhelming number of requests on a regular basis and cannot take everyone into our care. We will still always try to help however we can.

A Kanda representative will contact you as quickly as possible after we receive your completed form.
Please note, we are only able to help farmed animals (and pigs) please do not fill out this form for dog and cat placement.
